Three phases. We start short, and only get hands-on once we know what is actually worth building.

Phase 01 · Analyse

We map what you actually do.

A free 30-minute consultation. We walk through one of your workflows together: what you do, how it runs, where it gets slow. If AI doesn't help here, we say so.

Phase 02 · Clarify

We dig deeper, if it's worth it.

Sometimes one call isn't enough. We schedule a second conversation to clarify scope, pull in adjacent workflows, or reality-check the first thinking. Only when it materially changes the recommendation.

Phase 03 · Implement

We do the work, or we hand you the plan.

Either we write up a path your team can take yourselves, charged as a consultancy engagement. Or we roll up our sleeves and implement alongside you. We're explicit about which option fits, and why.
